1971 Fiat Dino 2400 Coupe
Â
In the mid-1960s, Ferrari needed to homologate an engine for its Formula 2 race cars. To meet this requirement, Ferrari struck an industrial agreement with Fiat for the supply of V6 "Dino" engines, named in honor of Dino Ferrari, Enzo Ferrari's son who had tragically passed away. Dino had contributed to the design of these engines, making them a tribute to his legacy.
