1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer CST Highlander 4×4
A subsequent 13-month refurbishment involved disassembling the truck, repainting the body in Frost White beneath replacement “Feathers” decals, re-trimming the seats in white and orange Highlander upholstery, retrofitting rear disc brakes, and overhauling the suspension, and three-speed automatic transmission as well as installing an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor on the rebuilt 350ci V8, an aluminum radiator, a vintage-style air-conditioning system and stereo, powder-coated 15″ steel wheels with 33s, and various replacement components as described below. The truck also features a dual-range transfer case, a removable hardtop, manually locking front hubs, front bucket seats, a rear bench seat, and a RetroSound vintage-style stereo linked to replacement speakers.
