Car Details

This 2012 McLaren MP4-12C is modified with the Hyper800R performance package by Hypercar Development. Enhancements include an Inconel exhaust system, revised intercooler piping, larger heat exchangers, air intake modifications, and a water/methanol injection system. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transaxle. The Volcano Red body features an aftermarket RHZ carbon-fiber front bumper. The car has 18k miles and is offered with removed exhaust components, a clean Carfax report, and a clean title.

Exterior

The car is finished in Volcano Red with an F1-style one-piece molded carbon-fiber tub and plastic composite body panels. Features include bi-xenon headlights, dihedral doors, a mesh rear grille, Hyper800 decals, and an RHZ High Sport carbon-fiber front bumper protected by Clear Guard film. Additional equipment includes an active rear spoiler, front and rear parking sensors, heated power-adjustable side mirrors, dual exhaust outlets, and a single pantograph windshield wiper.

Wheels and Brakes

Stealth-finished 19″ and 20″ lightweight forged wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires with 2018 and 2019 date codes. Stopping power is provided by six- and four-piston calipers over cross-drilled rotors measuring 14.6″ in front and 13.7″ at the rear. The car is equipped with Launch Control and a modified Electronic Stability Control system. McLaren’s ProActive Chassis Control system offers adjustable ride and suspension settings.

Interior

The cockpit features heated power-adjustable seats upholstered in Carbon Black leather, extending to the dashboard and door panels. The interior is accented by carbon-fiber trim and includes dual-zone automatic climate control and a touchscreen infotainment system. Upgrades include a rearview camera, Focal speakers, and a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer.

The aftermarket steering wheel is trimmed in carbon fiber and leather with a red centering stripe and stitching. It frames a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline, an inset digital speedometer, and multifunction screens. The digital odometer indicates 18k miles.

Powertrain

The twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter M838T V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft and dry-sump lubrication. The Hyper800R performance package includes:
