This 1968 Ford Mustang convertible was modified in the style of a Shelby GT500KR circa 2020 and fitted with a 427ci stroker V8 that is backed by a Tremec five-speed manual transmission. Components used during the build are noted to include an Edelbrock intake manifold, a Quick Fuel carburetor, AFR cylinder heads, a COMP Cams camshaft, and LPC chromoly pushrods in addition to a Ford 9″ rear end with a limited-slip differential. Finished in red with GT500KR graphics, the car is fitted with a black soft top and a GT500-style roll bar, hood, and taillights. The black interior features woodgrain trim, air conditioning, a retro-style stereo, AutoMeter instrumentation, and a Hurst shifter.
